Dr. Koulianos, Director of The Center for Reproductive Medicine,
completed fellowships in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility
at Tulane Medical School and at the University of South Alabama.
He completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Texas
Tech Regional Academic Center at Amarillo and graduated from the
University of Texas Medical School at Houston. Prior to attending
private practice, he served as assistant professor of Obstetrics
and Gynecology at the University of South Alabama. Dr. Koulianos
is happily married and the proud father of a son and daughter.
Professional accomplishments include winning the ACOG/CIBA Fellowship
for Endocrinology of the Postreproductive Woman, authored several
book chapters, and presented original research at numerous national
and international meetings. In addition, Dr. Koulianos speaks nationally
on contraceptive issues. Professional memberships include the American
Society of Reproductive Medicine, American College of Obstetrics
and Gynecologists, Society for Assisted Reproductive Technology,
Advisory Council for the Alabama Section of ACOG, State and County
medical societies. Personal interest include fishing, cooking and
bike riding. Dr. Koulianos is active in his church where he currently
teaches Sunday school. Professional interest include IVF, ovulation
induction, polycystic ovarian syndrome, and reversal of tubal sterilization.
